Elementary School (Grades K-5): Why are kids so mean and cruel during this time? Do you remember kids teasing you, yelling at you, or just ignoring you? How many times did you tell a kid on the playground or on the school bus to leave you alone, not to throw rocks at you, not to trip you, not to hurt you? And did those kids that said and did mean things to you say "I was only playing."

No one has the RIGHT to hurt another human being!

Peace Pledge said every morning at school.

I will be a peaceful person.

I will make my world a more peaceful place.

And I will set a peaceful example for others to follow.
