Volunteer Activities
Fall 2001: School has started and Junior year looks the best yet.
Besides 7 classes I am taking Marching Band and participating in Junior
Varsity Soccer. I am once again a Natural Helper, in Leadership class,
and continuing to work on my Gold Award for Girl Scouts which is to
recycle 30 computers to girls at Amistad Elementary School. The
recycling isn't the trouble it's getting the time necessary to teach the
girls how to use the programs.

| Summer 2001: I have been
hired by the YMCA to be a camp counselor this summer. I also
have been selected to go to the Eleanor Roosevelt at Val Kill in
New York for a 9 day all girls Leadership Conference. I with my
family will be going to Los Angeles for the Nestlé's Very Best In
Youth Award. I am also working on my Gold Award for Girl Scouts.
I will attend my Band Camp for training to go to the Rose
Parade over New Years. I finally get braces, and by the end of
summer will have enough funds to go to France next winter.
