This form is designed to inform the Volunteer Center of Benton Franklin Counties of your volunteer service. Please include hours you volunteer for all agencies. Many agencies use your hours to match grants received. The Volunteer Center only uses your reported hours to report volunteering in the community. So be sure to report your volunteer hours to the agency you are volunteering for and to the Volunteer Center. We want to know all that you are doing. Please contact the Volunteer Center if you would like a printout of your total hours and please report monthly.
