School Students

Get prepared to be a
volunteer.... Activities
Learn to use the Bus Transit System
Take the Babysitting Class at the local
Hospital
Take the Red Cross CPR and First Aide Training.
Get your Food Handling Permit from the Health
Department
Take a boat safety class
Learn to use the Library book loan system.
Participate in the Library Reading Program.
Learn to swim or take swimming lessons.
Submit a drawing or activity for the annual Fair.
Learn to play an instrument even a flute or harmonica.
If
you can do these things you are old enough to volunteer.
Learn to
dust, vacuum and clean bathrooms and kitchen in your home.
Learn to cook 3 meals
Learn to wash windows
Learn to mow the lawn and take care of a yard.
Learn to wash a car.
Learn to read out loud to kids.
Learn to be presentable, clean teeth daily, learn to do your own
laundry,
Learn to iron your own clothes, hang them up and keep things clean.

Work with computers! (for all of you who like working with computers)

do it themselves)
Help with "Office Duties" and/or be a Library assistant!
Help people who have disabilities and senior citizens!
Help other teens! (you could be a Teen Talk Telephone Worker!)
Help with the environment!!
