How To Raise A Juvenile Delinquent
author unknown
  • Begin in infancy to give children everything they want. In this way, they will grow up to believe the world owes them a living.
  • When they pick up bad words, laugh at them. This will make them think they're cute.
  • Never give them any spiritual training. Wait until they are 21 and let them decide for themselves.
  • Pick up everything they leave lying around the house - books, shoes, clothes.
  • Do everything for them so that they will be experienced in throwing all responsibility upon others.
  • Quarrel frequently in their presence. In this way, they will not be too shocked when later there is a broken home.
  • Give children all the spending money they want. Never let them earn their own. Why should they have things as tough as you had them.
  • Satisfy their every craving for food, drink, and comfort. Denial may lead to harmful frustration.
  • Take their side against neighbors, teachers, policeman. They are all prejudiced against your child.
  • When they get in trouble, apologize by saying: "I never could do anything with this kid!"
  • Prepare for a life of grief. You are bound to have it. And how!
