Summer 05 American Legion Award including a trip to Hawaii
I received the American Legion Award which included a paid trip to Hawaii.
Internship with Red Cross for over a year
I interned with Red Cross learning for over a year to be a disaster relief volunteer and
helping where ever I could.

Internship with United Way
My first internship was with the United Way where I assisted in putting together an annual meeting and awards event.

2009-2010:Worked as a paraeducator at a local elementary school working with young autistic children. I am a member of the Kiwanis Club of Auburn Valley service club and am the Vice President this year. I completed my first year of the Masters programs in Organizational Change from Hawaii Pacific University with a 4.0.   I was selected from Harvard, Tuff, and MIT students/grads to be an intern in India, the ISSI Indian Society, this summer which will support my studies in Disaster Management. I plan on spending a week traveling through Thailand before India, and stopping in Boston to see my brothers before I start school in the fall.
